I support organisations and teams wishing to implement new staff support practices, refresh or build capacity in developing leaders and supervision skills. I offer practical training sessions where we explore in large and small groups the principles behind good support supervision and leadership both in-person and online. Typically I deliver one off or series of half day workshops gradually building skills with transparent sources to follow up, tailor-made for your needs. Workshops have an emphasis on practising what you learn in pairs, trios and groups to promote your understanding and help you apply it in your work.
